Christmas Drinks Reception and Workshop 2011
The PLG’s annual Christmas Drinks Reception was held on Tuesday 6th December at the offices of Fasken Martineau, 17 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HU.
The Reception was preceded by a workshop on Sticking points in licensing and commercial negotiations. The first half of the workshop, led by Fasken Martineau LLP, covered specific negotiation points (details below). The second half considered preferred deal structures from both the pharma and biotech perspectives, with speakers from companies in both sectors offering their views.
