Introduction to Licensing' is a three day training course covering all the elements of licensing and business development with a 10 strong faculty providing guidance on best practice using case study material to confirm its relevance. It also includes a practical example of negotiation. The course is designed to provide an introduction for executives working either directly or in close liaison with Business Development.
